The Madhya Pradesh Pollution Control Board (MPPCB) on August 25, 2025, issued a notification regarding the Fee Structure for Online Applications Involving Name Change of Industries and Institutions.
In cases of online applications submitted by industries and institutions only for name change, amendment for name change in establishment/production consent will be issued with zero fee.
In the online cases of name change of industries and institutions in which there has been a change of ownership/director/partner/manager along with the change of name, amendment of name change in establishment/production consent will be issued by taking one year's consent fee.
The above arrangement is implemented with immediate effect.
